Jilin Fudun Timber Co., LTD. is a joint venture created by Dunhua Yawei Shaving boards Factory and Hongkong Tafu holdings Limited. It is one of the largest 100 timber enterprises in China. Its fixed assets is over USD48,000,000. It takes up area of 300,000 square meters. It possesses a set of automatic double uses production line of HDF with capacity of 60,000 cubic meters per year or doorskins with capacity of 7,500,000 sheets per year. One set of particle boards production line with capacity of 40,000 cubic meters per year, one set of veneer boards production line with capacity of 4,000,000 square meters per year outfitted with one set of horizontal veneer dipping line, Managements of each departments and workshops fully controlled in a complete computer net. In December 2007, CMI, makers of CraftMaster moulded door skins, entered into a joint venture partnership with Yawei and Tafu. CMI made an equity investment in Jilin Fudun Timber Company Ltd., The move expands CMI's manufacturing network and is aimed at helping the company grow its international moulded interior door business, particularly in Asia, India and the Middle East.
